Fitness on trampolines is based on aerobic exercise in combination with strength training, balance exercises and stretching. For classes in this program, you must have a mini-trampoline with a special support.
Graduated specialist in physical culture and sports (Belarusian State University of Physical Culture and Sports). Advanced training courses in physical culture, numerous seminars in the field of fitness. Participant of numerous international fitness conventions, exchange of experience with colleagues in the field of fitness. Experience in group and individual classes. I have been in fitness for more than 20 years. Fitness specialization: Licensed master instructor of ProJumping. Instructor of Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, Stott Pilates and Ring directions. Children’s fitness instructor. Basic aerobics course. Fitness trainer of water programs.
To pass the exam:
✔ Fun and challenging single track with exercises weak intensity of 4-5 exercises.
✔ This is two tracks with exercises of medium intensity – 8-10 exercises.
✔ Fun and challenging single track with high intensity exercise – 4-5 exercises.
Jumps should be accompanied by comments, as during training.
